Wow can't believe it's week 4 already. Loved this "focused" strength workout. But the biceps round was very hard as this muscle gets tired so fast. The first 4-5 reps I'm like "oh this is not so hard" but then every rep feels like 1kg more weight to move 😂

My lights weights have moved to 8lbs and my medium to 15lbs but I did drop back to 10lbs on the alternating bicep curls once the reps increased. Love seeing my strength improve. Thank you HR great start to week 4

Enjoyed changing my workout up, but this was tough to follow. I understand it was energizing, but not being able to stare at the screen made moving from move to move tough. I missed 1-2 reps before I realized you were doing something different.

I'm only concerned about my abs- I feel like I was doing a lot more cardio and ab work before this program- Is anyone else having this problem and if so, do you supplement with additional cardio or abwork... or is it all somehow going to work out in the end?

I am so bummed. I have a back injury and am utilizing chiropractor and physio. No dumbbells for me presently. I can only walk on treadmill and do recumbent bike to keep things moving and exercises chiro gave me. BUT this is temporary so I will be back! So appreciate you and your workouts!❤

Week 4 and this is day I have realized I am stronger. Did the first round with my usual weights, felt it was light, switched to my heavy weights and almost managed a round with them before switching back! Something I couldn't imagine doing three weeks ago! 🎉🎉❤
