I have been doing one 10 mins when i get up before taking the kids to school and the 2nd workout in the afternoons/evenings! What a great way to get back into the swing of things and stay motivated and encouraged!!

Love this 10 mins idea - perfect starter of the day, or a finisher for regular workout. Also can be repeated several sets, or combined with other 10 mis workouts for the whole body workout, or just a quick break during a day few times. You are absolutely right - to set the mind for a 10 mins work is way easier... then as they say - you just need to start 🙂 Thank you for this great construction material ;-)

I wasn't gonna work out at all today (no motivation). But I ended up completing this in addition to the other 10 minute cardio for a total of 20 minutes of sweat sesh! The time flew by! I'm glad I turned on your channel this AM

Really cool that it takes only 10 mn because I personally get bored and tired when it gets up to 20 mn of workout So 10 mn is perfect to do everyday especially when we don’t have time to workout more than these 10 mn Thanks Heather!

Really appreciate that u r doing these every day! Love the format and getting started right away - and I add these on to other workouts or do them on their own. Live having shorter time options. Please consider doing 15-20 min like this- where it’s all work and we can warm up/cool down on our own
