It felt like 30 min,😃😃😃sweating, heart ponding. So great to be alive and healthy. Thank you God for breath in my lungs

I have been doing one 10 mins when i get up before taking the kids to school and the 2nd workout in the afternoons/evenings! What a great way to get back into the swing of things and stay motivated and encouraged!!

These have given me that push to get going again. I love the quick workout and the option to just do another round if time allows. Doing this gets me doing something everyday. I also love some of the new moves! You spoil us. Thank you - Thank you!

Love this workout even though I normally do not like jumping. The 10 min length and the quick moving from one exercise to another makes it enjoyable. Thanks!

This may be my favorite 10 min yet. I am a huge fan of these types of leg workouts - lots of cardio with no (or minimal) equipment. Thanks, Heather! :)

Perfect little 10 minute cardio session to get me ready for the calendar workout 🤪 I'm a day behind on the Daily 10 due to a hospital appointment but I'm catching up easily 😉👍🏻

Love this 10 mins idea - perfect starter of the day, or a finisher for regular workout. Also can be repeated several sets, or combined with other 10 mis workouts for the whole body workout, or just a quick break during a day few times. You are absolutely right - to set the mind for a 10 mins work is way easier... then as they say - you just need to start 🙂 Thank you for this great construction material ;-)

These daily 10s are really helping me get through a difficult move-my schedule is crazy but fitting in 10 minutes is easy enough to do!

I wasn't gonna work out at all today (no motivation). But I ended up completing this in addition to the other 10 minute cardio for a total of 20 minutes of sweat sesh! The time flew by! I'm glad I turned on your channel this AM

Really cool that it takes only 10 mn because I personally get bored and tired when it gets up to 20 mn of workout So 10 mn is perfect to do everyday especially when we don’t have time to workout more than these 10 mn Thanks Heather!

Really appreciate that u r doing these every day! Love the format and getting started right away - and I add these on to other workouts or do them on their own. Live having shorter time options. Please consider doing 15-20 min like this- where it’s all work and we can warm up/cool down on our own

These are fantastic, did a 40m and 30m workout with the 10min workouts this weekend and they’re all killer. Love you HR! Getting me back into the training sessions for with winter 🥰

I needed this after arms yesterday! Again it's another one I would do twice through but I already did a 30 min hiit before so I'm officially done for the day. Loving this program!

Love combining them and format makes for quick change into the next. Did 6 and 7 today followed by deep foam rolls and stretches! I think 8 and 9 or on my docket for tomorrow;)
