This daily 10 program came just in time! I was experiencing some burnout and wanted to take it easy but not quit altogether. I do the 10 minute twice and it gives me just what I need for the day. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be healthy and happy without killing our bodies 🥰

I just finished the first 5 days of workouts in a row and feel amazing. Great variety and was not bored at all. I had planned only to do the first 3 but was having so much fun i just kept going.

This program is saving me. I'm in a really bad place and fell off the fitness wagon months ago... I think with 10 minutes a day I can get back on track.

I'd thinking the THE DAILY10s are totally excellent ... The intensity is perfect ... the music is fabulous (as always) ... that the durations are a perfect complement to by wildly busy days ... Thank you thank you thank you for making my end of the day totally excellent ...

This one kicked my a**! This whole program is fabulous. I pair it with 10 min warm-up on my rebounder & follow it up with 5-10 min of yoga, I feel so balanced. Thank you Heather xo

Love this series. I can do one or a few of them depending on my time available. But I like getting right to work!! Would love to see same format also in 15 min increments

I fell off the workout wagon hard this winter. I’m glad I saved this playlist back in November. I didn’t touch it (or my weights) in November, but it is helping me get back into a groove now. Thank you, Heather!
