This daily 10 program came just in time! I was experiencing some burnout and wanted to take it easy but not quit altogether. I do the 10 minute twice and it gives me just what I need for the day. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be healthy and happy without killing our bodies 🥰

I just finished the first 5 days of workouts in a row and feel amazing. Great variety and was not bored at all. I had planned only to do the first 3 but was having so much fun i just kept going.
