Keep up the great work man! One thing you might be able to help change in the classic physique world ( Arnold being the reason and epitome of that) is that the fad of weight and everyone putting meaning into ones inflated weight means anything when what matters is only measurements. Arnold was very open about his measurements and at only 235 to 240 had pretty much top tare measurements even by today’s standards especially having 57” chest and 22” arms and 20” calves in competition shape . Help change the trend and concentrate and share measurements instead of weight which means nothing but a tool for ones self to gauge diet. Then maybe we will stop seeing big ramys and the like that have amazing numbers on the scale but nothing happens when they flex.

It doesn't matter if the protein becomes denatured. The nutritional value remains the same. You disrupt the protein structure but the amino-acid chain itself won't become damaged so that it becomes useless to your body. Cooking an egg doesn't make it contain less protein.

In fact i would insist you do as Arnold would do when he became honest about his lack of calves he would only wear shorts to the gym until his calves caught up. In your case post your measurements especially if you want to model the Arnold physique as your goal . My guess is your chest is around 53” arms 20” and calves 20”. Be open and honest with yourself and you will have a goal to achieve . And yes if you achieve Arnold’s measurements you will win. It’s that simple as Arnold is the ultimate physique . Not one more inch or less anywhere in his proportions . And you know it. Smash it man!

Hey Wes, How do you handle this breakfast? I have tried oatmeal, protein powder( whey isolate - lactose free) , bananas and I ended up 5 minutes after at the toilette. It was just one scoop of protein and around 100gr oats.. At another time, I tried it with just oatmeal and bananas nothing happened. Ps. Sorry for my bad English Grammer. I am still learning. :-)
