Easy convert: Double the weight, move the decimal place 1 spot back, add that. Example: 65kg to lb. 65 x 2 = 130 Move decimal: 13.0 130 + 13 = 143lb. 65kg = 143lb.

Dan Ptaszek you can actually. The gym I worked with has more flat benches than incline, so I put plates under the bench to get the right amount of angle I want for an incline dumbell chest press.

@@romanseminogov9604 Thank you for making this reference. I was speaking with another bodybuilding fan yesterday...African-American...trying to explain carefully, graciously...why I cheer on my favourite guys, who are vanilla ice cream. He saw my point, and didn't see it as a 'racial thing'. We all want what we want. I grew up watching Arnold, Zane, Mentzer, Paris, and trained with posters of them on the gym walls. I'm white. I'm a tall, white Anglo-Saxon-rooted guy. No offence intended to those who also like their coffee black, but I still mourn the loss of Dallas 'The Great White Hope' McCarver, who, back in 2016, I predicted would hoist the Sandow this year.

@NEZ Ah, yes. 'conditioning' The great bane of Classic Physique. Why? Because 'conditioning' as we now know it simply wasn't a factor back in the day. You know, the period that gave birth to today's Classic Physique division? Look; we currently have three divisions. Open, Open-Short (212), and Open-Lite (Classic Physique). We need a new division that actually captures the essence of the time period. The physiques of Steve Reeves. Larry Scott. Reg Park. Arnold. Zane. Mentzer. And Paris. We need a 'Golden Era' division that cleaves to the best of these guys...*without making it all about 'conditioning'*.
