@@cols-muscle-power i see your videos u put timpson To shame. U train hard in a back garden with no complaints! Timpson cries about the cold all the time! Literally every videos hes making excuses about how cold it is and how old he is, where as you just bang it out no problems, no complaining etc the way it should be! Maybe you can write timpson a diet cus i think his current one is full of estrogen where as yours is completely testosterone fueled! 😂😂😂

Just my opinion the short heavy session will do more to get the 160 then the high rep and dumbbell sessions the heavy session is more powerlifting where the others are fatiguing body building which is good if you need extra muscle mass but isn’t going to help the one rep max keep killing it carry on cheers.

You completely disregarded my message about how to ramp up the warm up sets properly in a previous video. You are wasting your time going up in increments of 5kg. If your top set is 42.5, you should start with about 50% of your working weight (20kg), then 75% (32kg) then start your top set after 2 minutes rest. At least just try it and see if you feel less fatigued for your top set. Cheers.

Didn't disregard it. I like going up in pyramid of 5kgs and still have energy in tank. Did go to high on reps on the 'up' though

@ They’re not hard sets though if you can press 47.5kg dumbbells do it’s just junk volume. The only sets that count are the ones close to or taken to failure. But whatever works for you bud, I appreciate your vids.
