This was intense but SO GOOD! I will definitely come back to redo this one whenever I want to challenge myself and keep building strength. PS. I saw no falling apart at the end!! Those bicep curls were brutal for us all- switched to red/blue halfway through just for that section!

Thank you! I'm so glad that you liked it! And lol -- I think my old ballet training (which basically drills "never let them see you struggle" into your very being) was in full effect, but I was very much falling apart, haha. WOW - Super for building strength and working on technique. Those single-leg bridge variations were powerful - and the "divot=dip+pivot" felt terrific as stretches for my low back as well as oblique work. Love the express/extended pairing.
