Which aero Pilates is best for a beginner is it one with a rebounder or no rebounder ?

Either should be fine - if you’re interested in doing Jumpboard-style cardio with it, you’ll need the rebounder attachment though

I just ordered this and I’m worried I won’t fit in it. I’m like 5’10 and I’m not sure if the carriage size counts the headrest or not. It lists it at 30.5”, do you know if there’s a height range for it?

I'm exactly 5'10" and mostly torso, so I think you will be fine!
