Hello, I have a question about the frequency of doing the stretch. Recommended is to do it daily. Would raising the frequency having any advantage, let's say twice a day or even three times a day?

Hey Alexander, your thought process is spot on! Sorry for my late answer, I am currently having a small bout with the Delta variant at the moment 😏

If you cramp or feel lie your going to in the 2nd stretch(where on shins) in your pinky and toe next to that. Is there a specific area causing it..or is the more advanced 2nd stretch going to clean it up. Thx

Are you cramping in the foot that is being stretched or the foot in the back? If it is the foot in the back, that is totally normal and I forgot to mention that. There are a few solutions. The easiest one would be start with position or stretch #1 and after a few days that will probably stop. If that was the wrong foot or you have another question, don’t hesitate to respond 👊🏼

@@AmericanPTstuttgart I'll try to clarify. So the the first stretch in #2 on both shins. My left foot cramps in toes mentioned and my achilles cramps(like a quick sharp jolt) When I do the more advanced one in #2 for the left foot...I feel stretch in left achilles with an ache instead of a jolt plus in calf. My question would be what causes those two toes to cramp..is that due to achilles or a separate issue? Hope that helps..thank you

@@renshiw.schreiner6900 dude. I am an idiot. I totally forgot I added the “Japanese” sitting position at the beginning. Now I follow what you mean 😂 Try doing the “Thinking Man” stretch first. It could be the fascia the muscle in the overall tightness is causing confusion in your nervous system and that is causing the cramps and jolts. So if you stretch that area out, that might act as a soft reset on it and prevent that from happening. If not that means your fascia in your Achilles and calf needs a little bit of work and most likely your foot is just cramping because that area is also tight and there’s other good stretches for that too
