Just applied what Adrienne said “tell him, ‘I feel sad, but I trust that you are doing what is best for you’”- my man wasn’t leaving me, but because he was frustrated about a bunch of things, he made some very hurtful decisions that affected us. Ok now y’all are speaking my language! We are on a break right now. Day 4. Except that I called for the break but we both mutually agreed. My reasons is because I feel hurt and think we need to do more things together. Anything! He’s tired from work. I get that. I also want to communicate more. Hi Adrienne, I’ve only just stumbled upon your videos following “space” which led to a break up yesterday. For two weeks of space I had so much anxiety and did all the masculine mistakes. I told him when he decided to break up I’d miss him sad it’s over but glad to have met him. You ever heard about the clean Slate message? Look it up. You basically apologize for stalking him, tell him that you were not acting like yourself. Tell him that you are sad but that you respect his decision. And then you simply back off and you must focus on yourself and do things you enjoy or find things if you don't have anything. Wow.... I needed to listen this right when I need it. I am dating a guy through a dating app. It's been a month and a half and we text led a lot and phone calls and video calls. Etc. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do if he’s not responding to you. As difficult as it is, I’d take your focus OFF of him for now, focus on yourself and on meeting men who are available and interested in pursuing you right now.
