I have to agree with those who commented below, sounds like bad fan bearings to me. I heard it as soon as you started to get close to the unit. Not sure you could hear it in person, but your gopro picked it up really good. I would run the compressor without the fan, then run the fan without the compressor and compare the sounds. I'm betting on a bad fan bearings, but that's just me.

I fix cars and had a tightwad customer. He was telling me one day he had his home ac charged. He said dude ripped him off cuz he measured the freon and charged him for x amount. Then when he disconnected his hoses some squirted out. Id bet it's that helicopter relative.
