I think I will try that it looks very good but mine will be minus the garlic not a fan of that stuff especially second hand. Now then I know you like a bit of a challenge so why not make some Hush Puppies no not the shoes there made using cornmeal an egg and some buttermilk there are loads of recipes for them on you tube quite easy to make. It's an American thing they serve in the south but not many folks have heard of or tried them in this country and your the man to introduce them to the masses.

Bro you really need to layer your ingredients when you cook, not just lob everythingin at once 😆 The garlic could of gone in after the pork was cooked a bit The carrots could of been chopped a bit smaller But it looked nice in the end!

The supplied meat is out of this world and has converted me to use your local Butcher Had some ingredients missing but you contact them and your well compensated Got me back interested in cooking again instead chuck in meals Please think about Not changing your you tube name
