Great video! Tikka masala is my favourite! Iceland do a tasty chicken tikka masala pizza although it's out of stock currently. I'll give your recipe a go although I don't have an air fryer maybe some tortilla wraps would be ok.

Hello everybody! Welcome! Now! Oh yesssss!!! 😄 🤣 😂 😆 Hi Keith, whilst I'm sure you want to make 100% sure the chicken was done, for me, around 25 to 30 minutes at 180 would be more than enough to cook the chicken breast (maybe slightly longer for thigh meat). Even though you said it was juicy when dishing up, it didn't really look that moist, but hey hi, you enjoyed it so that really is all that matters..I've watched Khoan Vong cooking Chinese food, and for the chicken, all he does is slice the chicken breast up, and dunks it in boiling water for literally no more than 1 minute, and it's done.. he'll add it to noodles, onion, peppers and the condiments, stir fry for 1 minute, job done! You may be better off cutting the chicken into around 3cm Squares, so it all cooks quicker, and evenly.. Hope you don't think I'm complaining, I'm not, just know how dry chicken breast is if overcooked!! Happy New year to you and the delicious Nat x x
