I’ve been producing for 20 years and I can honestly say this is the best eq I’ve used. What you lack visually as far as an analyzer is concerned is made up buy how intuitive each knob is. And it forces you to use your ears. Im making much better mixing decisions now. Thank you Devon and the rest of the team.

Mentioning the idea in the outro, “teaching a language”, is absolutely right. This plugin is powerful and has alot of learning potential. If someone made a video using the different knobs as a reference to a standard visual eq, would be an insane way of teaching people what the different terms mean and look like on universal eq’s. I'm pretty new to Mixing and as this is meant to help learn and teach Eqing I still think that having the Hz and Db shown somewhere would be helpful ( like a under the hood button ) I've used other EQS without meters ( like the Pultec ) and translating that to other EQs gets confusing to me like playing guitar hero with button then trying to using real strings. Also since a lot of the current EQs are very visual having a visual representation for the Bandwidth ( or a slide between ) might be helpful and each nob has the ability to be assigned to different bandwidths if needed. lastly a gain match button. I haven't tried it yet so these are just my thoughts from the video.

Try it! Before you get super technical with this stuff use ur ears. That’s the whole philosophy we want you to use your ears. Then when you have started to understand your ears crack open the manual and see what you actually doing

What if you can change the bandwith style for each individual knob aswell as overall? For example, wanting an extreme bandwith for darkening, but also a balanced bandwith for s and ts knob. Maybe an update, overall this is already an amazing plugin

Only thing that I can see that this EQ is missing (unless I just missed it) is an A/B switch for dialing in different settings and comparing which fits better in the mix. Other than that this plugin looks highly useful!
