A few corrections: As others have pointed out, the collagen of the lamina densa is type 4. The lamina lucida is a debated topic (if it even exists in vivo), but most seem to agree that it does not contain the laminins, as is indicated here. The laminins are located in the lamina densa. The lamina lucida is most likely an artifact or the integrins that link laminin with the plaque proteins.

I'm a bit confused The integrin here is alpha 6 beta 4 you are saying but earlier i was watching another video of yours regarding Integrings and their role in attachment to basement membrane and there you said ' alpha 3 beta 1, alpha 7 beta 1 & alpha 6 beta 1' so all are beta 1 in integrins & here you are saying beta 4?
