What a story and it’s made even more powerful by the face that her husband is a physician who was opposed to this. And how amazing that her kids have joined her. No meat since 1992 is extremely impressive!

I live right across from au lac and I am very thankful for this place . As a raw vegan , this place is hands down the best restaurant around here in Orange County . Thank you for giving this place and Mai story the attention it deserves.

You ladies keep me going every day! Calibrating and recalibrating my diet for my health. I'm always renewed after watching a Gillian Berry video and Mai I love that you children are so interested in your plate too😂 My 4 yr old daughter always willingly passes on her ravioli or chicken tenders, for some rambutan or green juice! She loves raw food. I'm so excited I didn't have to force it on her. It's like young children know instinctively when they eat fruit that it was made for us.

Im trting to give up on meat so bad. Everytime i start the cravings ramp up and my stomach hurts badly
@themaingujdek12 ай бұрын
I gave up meat when I went on a 14 day juice fast with hydrocolonics and going plant-based was not on my agenda... But it just happened anyway, I guess my meat bacteria just died off or something, it was a seamless transition, and this coming from a male who couldn't eat even ONE meal a yeat without animal products, it was just impossible for me, and now I am 10 years vegeterian and 5 years vegan.. never again!

How about trying to have one juice per day as a starter. This will be easier for your body to absorb the nutrients. Juice made at home using slow pressed juicer for quality. The goal is to supply your body with the goodness in whatever format that is best for you 🍊 🙏
