And what did you use to combat it?

@feelthepeace3 ай бұрын
@magvs_mæstro216 I have done this - trained hard af and couldn't move from that lactic acid build up in my muscles. Personally, I've done a combination of variations ... I learned that the more protein I took in the more rapidly my muscle builds back up (some vegan bodybuilders say protein isn't that relevant to putting on muscle - that's fine, I'm not debating that specific matter), I'm saying protein 'restores' the breakdown of the muscle and in that sense, that reparation takes down the lactic acid (more complicated than that, that'sa reduced or simplifiedexplanation). That lactic acid is what you're talking about, which causes severe ache and pain. (Remember the higher protein one takes in the more WATER needed to assimilate it!) Yerba Maté tea is condusive to reducing the effects of lactic acid in the body. Look that up and do some self-studying to confirm and understand that. Gentle, not vigorous stretching, will work out the lactic acid build up in the muscles. Obviously, vigorous stretching will cause more lactic acid! Again, GENTLE stretching. Using a myofascial release roller can be helpful. And very good rest, sleep, is critical to the repairing process. Which then helps 'speed up', if you will the breakdown of lactic acid. Again, that's a simplified explanation. But don't take my word for it, do a Google search, AI will bring up a summary, and it's very quick and simple nowadays to teach one's self. Hope that helps! Let there be peace ... ✌️ 🌼

I went to work then back home to sit and play video games or work on music but I was never in the gym. Still got my amazing body. It’s called a diet. When you eat premium foods your body shows premium results… if that girl was honest as to how she got those abs she’s show one video of her food every day for a month or something… but no one wants to do a diet… lol

I have a very young looking face and I got my body fat to single digits for a short period and even at 34 with a very young face, I started looking very gaunt. Like unhealthy gaunt. But I wasn't doing anything crazy. Just not eating crap and I was working out every other day. I don't know how you maintained a strict diet while just chillin and playing video games.
