1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of sugar
katakuriko (potato starch), to taste
1 teaspoon raayu (Chinese chili oil)
A pinch of chicken bouillon
