Tip: if you haven't made a list and you're worried you might have forgotten something wile packing. Put everything on and you will most likely notice what's missing. I used to forget my gloves and or my death rag a lot before I got better with this.

This is very helpful. I'll probably make this into a laminated checklist to go in my bag so I can go over it with a dry erase before each outing. My ADHD thanks you.

I actually made a check list of each bag. Turned into a nerd. I don't think you mentioned it...a memory card. Twice I forgot a memory card for recording. Great video!!

If it's your first few games I'd say just rent gear so you don't end up regretting buying potentially over $500 of stuff

Stay away from instant cup noodles for lunch and for fellow airsofters in Japan, just bring 🍙 onigiri. I noticed after lunch that most players that had cup ramen play a lot sluggish in the afternoon.

Preloading magazines is actually a big nono in my country due to laws here. Otherwise great video. Aside from that there's an acronym that's used in actual military that pretty much applies to airsoft as well. PAWPERSO P-Protection A-Ammunition(bbs) W-Weapons P-Personal camouflage/clothing E-Equipment rig, armour, batteries, gas, food, .... R-Radios (for the milsimmers and on larger fields) S- Specialized equipment (nades, GL's, camera's,..) O- Orders ( more for milsim but it can be changed to goals you wanna achieve at the skirm, training you wanna do, ...) Anyways great video

@@MaydaysanAirsoft in my country they are not classified as 'toys' per se but as freely available 'W.e.a.p.0.n.s' much like self defense markers, mus thing up to 7,5 joiles etc. One of the conditions of any transportation of 'W.e.a.p.0.n.s' in my country must happen in an 'unready' state. This means ammo/bb's not in magazines, magazines not in replicas, etc... P.S I hope I was able to misguide the algorithm.

@@SylcatamYour are from Germany? Actually you are allowed to preload your magazines. Why? According to German gun law, Airsoft mags aren't regarded as firearms magazines. So you can transport them preloaded, BUT they shouldn't be loaded in the gun and you shouldn't have batteries in the gun because that's considered a ready to shoot condition which is forbidden even for Airsoft, when you transport these. Unloaded you might even put these mags in the gun, as these aren't magazines according to the law. BTW, BBs aren't ammunition either. You can put them besides your Airsoft, as long as they aren't loaded into it. That's strange, but you know - German law as always complicated. 😊

@@82ismi No Belgian law which explains the differences. I mean we can't even buy our toys online from belgian stores. I can from any other European store but not belgian ones, then I have to 'make a reservation", go to the store and pick it up in person...

@@SylcatamThanks, that's interesting. A lot Airsofters in Germany are always lamenting about the laws while in many countries it's much more restricted. In Germany there is no registration, you can even legally own an airsoft up to 7,5J (!). On the other hand, lasers are completely forbidden and fullauto only < 0,5J which isn't that much of a hindrance for the average airsofters. Access to guns might be a little limited because you can't buy an airsoft model >0,5J internationally, these have to be approved with official stamp to be < 7,5J, so mostly shopping in Germany. Otherwise ownership isn't restricted.
