Yes, video guy pronuncing name wrong. I worked the warhead LAP from prototype to standard M39 Missles. Also the BLU-63 grenades it is loaded with.

Yes. But very short on supply as my facility was the only LAP facility. All production ceased late 90s on M39 ATACMS and its BLU-63 and BLU- 74 grenades as far as I know as we manufactured the late 90s. Each BLU item LAP. and tested at MAAP. Missles tested at White Sands test range.

BLU is abbreviation of "BOMB LOADING UNIT". ATACMS HAS 950 BLU munitions in each warhead.

Let's make this clear -Russia has no advantage over the United States. You can see that in Ukraine. Russia has a bumbling, stumbling, almost embarrassing military. They can't defeat an enemy that barely has an air force or a navy. China is in the same boat. You have to actually be able to fight and know how to properly use the weapons you have - not just talk about their technical abilities.
