Agree with the last point that Hassan made. Women don’t like men who are overly obsessed with them and yet act like bums. It’s amazing to have a loving husband but it’s such a bummer when they’re not ambitious. What mehwish saw in Shahwar was a confident and ambitious man and that’s what women really want to see in men. If Danish had the same qualities, I don’t think she would’ve left him. Not saying what she did was right but I think she was tired of his loser type personality after being with him for years.

Alif is quite a thought provoking show. The idea that there is a tussle between love that is only for God and the romantic kind of love does raise important questions. Taha could have maintained a balance between both. However, it would be interesting to see further what's the conclusion the show wants us to take home. Also, what did Husn-e-jahan do and how did Taha die should be revealed soon.

One thing I hate the most about Ishq Zahe Naseeb now is that they ruined a good romantic arc of Sameer and goher. They literally don't even feel like a good couple anymore. I used to ship them so much but now it just seems forced and so crap. Idk what the writer was thinking, itna acha show with so much potential and they had to drag the story and make a khichdi. All actors wasted. Zahid, Sonya, yumna, sami everyone gave their best performance in this show but ab wo bhi pachta rahein honge ke Kya show tha aur Kya ban Gaya. Even the direction is so bad now if compared to the earlier episodes. Everyone just seems to have given up on the show and they shot the last few episodes in a hurry.

I personally loved the scene btw Salman and Danish, when he says "pichli mohabbat agar.....dialogue" It was so right and showed Humaiyon's state of mind. Also Humaiyon had a killer smile in that scene, which was clearly being missed.... Danish is very clear in his head that HE cant take Mehwish back bcoz of the divorce..... he has forgiven her, as he says to Salman, but he cant take her back.

Also, about one sided love. I believe (although it shouldn't be like this) that love is all giving. Some people do love unconditionally without expecting anything in return.
