Mere paas tum ho By the way I’ve not watched the drama completely but my analysis is whenever I watch it Danish was eating Omelette Paratha and tea He was not at all health conscious which leads to develop high cholesterol and results cardiac arrest So the killer in this scenario is high cholesterol not Mehwish Danish used to smoke a lot as well For evidence look at the other guys wife Maham She is fit n fine and she is happy in every situation either her husband is staying or leaving . She used to give her husband homemade lunch also Even the other old guy Mr Mateen also died after eating anda paratha from the same shop like Danish Please raise awareness of healthy living to avoid future heart failures of young people 😂😂

Mahvish should actually sue them for malpractice the guy just had the heart attack and NO ONE is taking care of the patient in the ICU ...rather letting him take off the oxygen mask and then no one was around to call a code blue when he flat lined ?? Too many mistakes as wel in the entire hospital sequence...a heart attack being treated with nebulizer mask rather then a plain oxygen mask! Operation theater kiun dikhaya? Heart attack in an undiagnosed patient isn't immediate treatment surgery!!! N tht ecg flat line was ridiculous!And they showed unprofessional attitude of doctors tht they left a person dying at his own will???

Totally agree about the hospital sequences! Interestingly, it is quite common for ECG monitors to show flat lines if any of the leads get displaced! Easily corrected by the attending staff. Obviously that is NOT what was being shown here.

The problem with Ahd-e-Wafa is how each of the four characters are representing four pillars of state and they are pinpointing problems in media, politics and hopefully in bureaucracy in near future but there is nothing wrong in army. This is such a flawed thinking and they are spreading them among people.

The ending was pathetic, illogical like any other regular drama! There was no wow moment and i didn't even feel like crying because it was stupid. Maham and haniya - both these characters were forced and made no sense to the storyline. They ruined a good drama by stretching irrelevant topics. Tooooo much gyaan to handle, bewafa ye, bewafa woh - seems like everyone including monti has done a Phd in a topic called - Bewafa aurat 😂 Last episode was also full of gyan and way away from reality! On top of that they didn't uploaded it on KZbin and kept asking to download the app which is crap and doesn't work at all, very greedy and this showes they don't value their audience at all.

What is the average age of a Pakistani man with a 10 year old kid. He is generally in his mid to late 30s. Now unless you are terribly out of shape or obese or having a genetic issue, no one dies of a heart attack in their 30s. Your emotions may be destroyed by someone but physical death is NOT a possibility. My kids and I were dumped by the person I was married to for 16 years. Dumped because of that person's selfishness. I live half way around the world from where my family live and so had no support. And I did not have the luxury of dying. I had to stay strong for my kids. I had to teach them that we need to look for new ways to be happy. This is an ending of convenience... and ending for losers.

Normally I don't comment but just to clarify the flat line. This is not preposterous nor impossible. This exact thing happened in my family. My cousin in law was taken to hospital and doctors were shocked because he had a flat line but he was talking and even walking. He passed away almost 2 hours later. So these things happen. Medicine can't explain such miracles.

@@mehs778 Exactly! The drama got more and more stupid with each episode and the last one was the epitome of stupidity. Every single character was over philosophical as if they were all Aristotle. Half the dialogues were misogynistic and problematic. Knowing that the writer is a bigoted man, made the drama distasteful for me, hence i ended up skipping some.The direction made it bearable, but the script was just plain dumb. Same old tragic love story with someone dying at the end, and over the top philosophical dialogues mixed with misogyny made it quite bad. Very overrated.

I have seen such love. Husband died at young age in late 30s and his wife didnt want to live without him. She gave her three kids to relatives and within month she developed health problems and died. Her love for her husband was so strong and she was so determined to go to her husband that it actually happened.

I feel Shahwar’s dialogues made absolute sense. Everyone can get an opportunity to do right or wrong. If Shehwar crossed the line, Mehwish agar loyal hoti toh she wouldn’t cheat and would’ve have put Shehwar in his place instead. Of course that applies to men and women both. And that’s a test that one should pass while being in a marital relationship.

Plus the timeline between Mehwish’s exit to the final day Danish goes to meet her is just 5 months ..... it clearly implied Rumi was about 8 years old through his acting and philosophical dialogue delivery

That is the lesson I got from MPTH. no matter what anyone says , I still believe that killing a main character is the laziest and easiest way to wrap up a good story. Life doesn’t end if you lose a loved one , they should have shown how to handle the pain of bewafai and live a relatively balanced life for the sake of your children because there must be many real Danishs out there . Should they all die to glorify their love ? Or Live and fight everyday to set an example for their kids? Pathetic ending . Shahzain is suffering from inferiority complex I feel because he didn’t complete his studies. He used to boss around all the SSG group members and now that they have made something out of their lives on their own , he can’t handle it. That is why he keeps posing as if he has a hand in saving / making their careers as we saw in promo when he tells sheheryar that he cleared the interview because of shahzain. I think sheheryar still has his doubts about shahzain and is not totally convinced about his story of being in the dark about planted interview. Wish they had shown a positive image of young politician .

I have a serious comment on Ehd e Wada. Since ISPR is involved, the drama depicts the disdain the military establishment in Pakistan has for political class as Shazain is shown as a double speaking, lowly educated, cunning politician. This is a good reflection for those of us who find it difficult to understand role of military in Pakistan polity.

Out of three dramas of Khalil u qamar on this theme : first one was bewafai before ruksati , second was after ruksati now third was bewafai even after kid : so in this drama apart from bewafai , mohabbat and saza of bewafai kid was a pivotal point . Khalils sirs approach should have been not same as it was in his last two dramas of this theme . Why make the kid suffer sooo much , first what his mom did ok that was the main plot point of drama couldn’t be changed , but after that instead of painting with same brush ki maaf nahi karna should have kept kid in mind and thought of end . Rather Danishs mohabbat was soooo much that he couldn’t have lived without her ( so he never loved his son & didbnt think about him ) End should have been based on keeping in mind roomie : not keeping in mind bewafa , saza , mohabbat Bla Bla .. end should have been well thought of keeping in mind what would be best for roomie , poor kid has already gone through enough , now his father who was his strength has died .. amazing to give saaza to mehwish & to justify his super muhabbat for mehwish that he couldn’t have lived without her .. where was roomie in all this .. parents were so selfish only thought about their heart and feelings ..

Shukar hae kae I stopped watching several episodes ago. Yes, I know it’s only a drama, but still, extremely annoying😡

Being a believer in love, I feel the ending of MPTH was extremely heartbreaking. Love lost the battle in the end. I also feel that Mehvish was really repenting for her mistakes and she deserved another chance. It is too brutal a consequence as we humans are prone to succumb to our desires but if one realizes his mistakes , he deserves to be forgiven. If Danish loved her so much he could have forgiven her. Although I know he couldn't marry her without halala. And also in my opinion shehwar left the home and it was signal for the cab driver to open the boot.

I felt after watching that ISPR' s drama wants to show that army "doodh ki dhooli" hoee hay, all politicians are corrupt( totally agree 🤣). Sharique and Sheharyaar are Gareeb awam jo politicians k hathon piss rahi hay aur baywaqoof bhe bun rahi hay. Sharique is also a symbol of baylagam+ majboor media.

Amina Your review on MPTH is exactly how I feel. Most ppl were unhappy with danish dying and before watching the last episode I felt that too but when I was watching the sequence when danish was having the heart attack the dialogues he spoke justified his death, I felt that he was already dying slowly after mehwish's betrayal, it was eating him up slowly and maybe he could have moved on if everyone around him wasn't pushing him to forgive her. There are ppl who have died from broken heart syndrome. Anyway there are many mistakes made in the execution of the episode and it was dragged too long in the hospital. In yr review I was disappointed that both of you didn't mention those dialogues that danish said to mahwish, they were amazing and justified his death.

I agree with hassan that shock value was lost in the hospital scene of MPTM. I remember the end of pyary Afzal where afzal dies at the end but the shock value was there and that ending was superb. So yea the last episode was a mess. Didn't quite like it. And hasan the reunion was not a dream sequence. It wad real thats why sharik says k it was a misunderstanding because shahzain usko apologize ker chukka hota hai :D

Agreed with Hassan about the Shahzain thing. I think it's easy to vilify him, but what Shariq did was uncalled for and the reaction was understandable, if not justified. I do think he's going to develop a more negative role as the drama goes along but in that particular scenario, Shariq was in the wrong.

Ayza and Danish deserve best actor /actress award.They have given their best equally as Danish and Mehwish.IDK about Danish but this was Ayza's best acting so far . Ending was perfect because jitni shiddat say Danish nay Mehwish ko pyar kya tha kisi aur ko nahi karsakta tha... Shawar n Maham ka scene should have ended in Divorce not open ended .Mehwish and Danish ki tabahee ka qasoorwar definitely Shehwar bhi tha.How is it that he puts all blame on woman...
