I have yet to buy a Hermes quad, but this one calls to me. Like you, give me autumnal shades and I’m sold. It’s the only one I’ve considered buying. I think I’d get a lot of use from it. It’s so beautiful! I love the way you used it. I can’t wait to see what you think about the lipsticks you got, too! I’m definitely ready to try a new (to me) Hermes lip formula!

I have lots of Dior quints! The previous regular line was superb. The newer permanent line talc free shades are patchy. Yuck. Thank goodness I still have my favorites from the older line. I hope they reformulate those regular powders from what they have now. BUT… the limited edition quints they do in their baked gelee formula are OUTSTANDING in my opinion! I got Coral Flame and Pastel Glow from the release earlier this year, and I wore them all summer. Love, love, love them! I also got 2 of the Plan de Paris quints. They are stunning! I got the silver/gold 30 Montaigne and the pink Champs-Elysees. I adore them both! I planned on getting the other 2 (the more orange and the blue) if they came back in stock, but it seems like they won’t. So for me, Dior baked gelee is a big yes!! Their current regular line powder shadows are big no!

@@dearevahansen 😂😂😂😂 Luckily I have tried those, too! I have Portrait (the one with the purple) and Pulse (the one with the orange). I really like the formulas they use. I feel like the mattes are unique and blend like a dream. I really hope they release more color stories! I’d like to get the one with the green and the one with the acid yellow.

You know, I like the Hermes packaging because it my makeup bag the metal palettes can get so heavy! They’re beautiful of course but I always end up removing from my daily bag because of the weight. So in practice I get more worth out of these when the packaging is lighter and I feel better that I am using it more.

That’s a totally fair point! Then they need to lower the price because it certainly isn’t going towards the packaging 🤣🤣🤣

Hermes it’s not for everyone. It’s a luxurious brand. That’s way they make up is expensive.

You’re right I hadn’t noticed the price increase. Clearly they’re charging a premium for it being “limited edition” 🙄
