I had to go 2 sizes down with Crocs Mellow slides trying them in a store. I’ve read that you have to go one size down with Crocs slides and I did but there was still a space and slides kinda fell off my feet during walking. For experiment I went even further one size down ( 2 sizes in sum) and they felt right. Also I didn’t confuse male/female sizes. I followed M ( male sizing).

i love comfort shoes and my croc echo slides are my fave slide but these look like great value brooks/hokas or something that would be sold at walmart , looks cheap/made for elderly demographic lol ,

Echo Waves were not good, sizing is awkward. They run big, so I sized down and they were too short lengthwise but still too wide for my foot it fit like garbage. I returned them.
