Happy Belated Birthday!! It’s mine on the 21st so we’re both October babies :) It’s great to hear from you. Also you look lovely so don’t worry! 😊 I hope the therapy makes a difference, you deserve proper help. Also how are your problems with your teeth? It’s okay to be “boring” you don’t have to perform for us or anyone. - - That’s a problem with social media I think, it can make people feel inadequate when others are posting their ‘best (fake) selves’. - Not saying you feel that way specifically, it’s just something I feel affects a lot of people in general. I am an empath as well, which brought me a lot of problems growing up, still does to be honest. Congrats to your brother on him starting a family! That’s great. I get the anxiety you must experience when interacting with people online. We are here to support you so don’t feel obliged to engage with everyone. Just do whatever makes you comfortable. I deal with social anxiety amongst other things so I can relate to some of what you are dealing with. It really is lovely to hear from you again. Take care!
