Lately I finally stopped dimming my light and most people I interact with were taken by surprise. I guess this contrast might make them see me as conceited, and others as though they never really knew me. There is some truth to both - but that person was me all along - just quietly advocating for them. As I am near my time to retire from the mighty US Navy, and starting my new life as an author - I had to shift gears. It has been a bit heartbreaking that the most support and encouragement I've been getting during this transition has been from people I have never met before. To your point in the video, even though it is sad seeing people being left behind, the realization is that many of them were never really alongside me during the journey, but I rather I was with them. And with that I'll get off my soap box. Thank you for your videos, your words and advice significantly contribute to my sanity.

Once you step into your authenticity there is no going back, it will be hard and you will be faced with opposition. Be aware of those close friends or family members covertly trying to discourage or sabotage your growth!! Those whom subtly or blatantly make you appear to be "selfish" and attempt to distort your reality. This is just because they can't stand to see you thriving and no longer being available to fulfil their inner emotional emptiness. (I have truly found this the most difficult part of the glow up and have glowed down many times along the way, by believing the above and dimming my light.) However INFJ savage mode has been activated and brightness levels on max, lets grow and thrive team INFJ 🙌🏽❤

Wow This one is information rich! A lot of it was built on things you've shared in the past. You gave it in a way that would probably even resonate with people who would never heard of it before. I plan to brainstorm and take a lot of time with it. I'm going to list four things that you said. They're not necessarily listed in the order you presented, but they make sense no matter what order we read them. Here's what especially stood out: 1. We need to stop helping others at our own expense. 2. Choose the version of yourself that is not up for debate. 3. Understanding how to put up a façade and behave so that we can be accepted in order to be liked is a "skill" that we can be good at but not what we really are. 4. Our zone of genius is being ourselves. I'm sure that when I review the video, I'll find new things go over. Super video.

I decided to stop shaving my armpits. It was a statement that I don't care what you think. I wanted to be ok with being judged. I save money and don't poison myself and rarely have odor.(I also only use vinegar or vodka as deodorant)..it's all a bonus and ok with me. My opinion is all that matters.
