Cut catfish fillets into nugget sized chunks, roll in flour and cornmeal with garlic salt and pepper then egg and back in the dry mix then deep fry.

ive been using raw steak for years to catch big catfish. i dont tie the steaks and can catch a bunch of fish using the same piece. i usually have to remove the original steak right before i leave. corn, shrimp and hotdogs have to be put on the hook after each fish usually.

Fillet the catfish cut bloodline and any fat off the fillet, soak in 1 part salt 1part viregar to 3 parts water at least on hour rinse fillets put in egg wash then cornmeal flour mix with desired seasonings and fry!

Kill n skin those catfish , filet them and turn into nugget sized pieces . Fry in Cajun style cormeal based fish fry , I like to some add some oregano to the fry . Dip in home made tarter sauce or Louisiana hot sauce . I use the same mix for catfish , tilapia and shrimp . Omg the shrimp =) take care
