I'm glad Murray's Mill survived. Was the Bunker Hill Covered Bridge okay after the flooding? Lyle Creek flows under it. Rink Dam looked about like Icard Dam did. Rink Dam Rd was blocked on both ends for a while, some big trees down. Clark Creek in Startown was as high as it got back in 2013 when it washed out the bridges on NC10 and Startown-Conover Highway. The new bridges held but the water was up to the road deck.

The epic flood worse ever in Asheville, NC and mountains. Central North Carolina at my house in the rain gauge we got only 1 inch with some wind and that was it. Thanks for posting.

Bad thing, I live here, a tree fell from neighbors Into our family’s yard it’s a foot away from the house, we kinda lucky :/

This would ultimately kill trains in Asheville. Asheville was destroyed like it was on the coast of Florida. Thankfully, I was in London, over in Great Britian!
