High Ankle Sprain

My sprain looks a lot like yours, how long did it take to recover (I realise everyone is different)? I'm 5 weeks in an my ankle looks to be the same size as yours.

Yes brother now i'm talking to you my anklr looks like his and i think mine is little bit 🤏 big thanki looks like the golf ball and feel little pain i'm in week1 only 3 days left from the coming week2 and its my first to hurt or got ankle sprain i don't have experiance for it i'm really worried would you rather help me if you better than me cuz in my country i can't get enough quib and medical😔

Well figured out what it was tysm. Everyone thought it was broken but it didn’t hurt enough or lose enough movement to be broken but a really bad sprain

You can walk on day 2. Last year I couldn’t walk until next week.

Im 3 weeks in right now and can barely walk normally.

How the hell are you walking on it, is at least 6 weeks of non weight bearing

That’s old time doctor recommendation and it depends on the severity of the sprain. He didn’t sever his tendons so he will heal faster than someone who maybe done some serious Tendon damage

Same happened to me but i got an additional achilles stretch as a condiment
