Ingredients,
½ cup soy chunks
¼ cup green peas
½ cup cooked quinoa
2 tsp of Sesame oil ( or any oil of choice )
1-inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
4-5 green chilies
1 small onion ( 70g )
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste
