Di me water fast kr rahi hu.. 12 April se.. aaj (17 April) weight check kiya 69.5 hai.. mera weight 71 kg tha.. 5 days me sirf 1.5kg hi weight loss hua hai.. aisa kyu? Me 1 ghanta walking bhi kr rahi hu... Me kya galati kr rahi hu?😢 Plz help

Hey it's not less.. it depends on your BMR. And in order to loose weight you need to eat in calorie deficit. So let's say if you are around 80kg then your maintenance calories is around 2000 per day but if you eat 1500 calories per day and do some exercises or 10k steps walking you will loose weight.
