MORE delicious ways to use your cottage cheese! This high protein
"cheesecake" lets you have all the yummy flavour without any of the guilt. You could definitely change the flavours if you'd like to something else so easily!
All you need:
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Large Egg
10 drops of TruMe Sweet Stevia Drops in Lemon
Raspberries
For toppings add another scoop of greek yogurt, an extra drizzle of maple syrup and a few more raspberries
Mix everything in a blender except raspberries and toppings and blend until smooth. Pour the batter evenly between two ramekins and add in a few raspberries. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until just firm in the center. Remove from the oven and chill in the fridge until cool. Top with a scoop of yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup and an extra raspberry or two!
