I am a progressive Democrat who agrees with this lawsuit and with conservatives on this issue. I also believe trans identified people should NOT be allowed to change the sex on their birth certificates or driviers' licenses, passports or other legal documentation. They can add a code or sentence saying how they identify, but shouldn't be allowed to lie about biology on legal documentation.

I see your point about the issue of creating fraudulent legal documents that lie about their biological identity. Do you also believe it is wrong to deceive people about it? Those fraudulent legal documents would make them able to deceive everyone. Think about a girl's counselor or a girl's coach or PE teacher. A person fraudulently claiming same gender would gain access to girls in the most vulnerable way. That cannot be right or agreeable. And think about boys too for that matter. A female gaining access to the unwitting boys and unwitting parents! What about a women's police officer or other public safety person ... a biological man gaining access to women under the deceptive pretense of claiming to be a woman. Then there's the question of dating and marriage. So to deceive people of the same sex by pretending to be their opposite gender, when it's completely untrue. deceiving them into dating or sexual relationship or marriage. And when this dating or a union takes place, the unwitting person becomes a victim of a sexual violation. Is that okay? A violation that could repeat and go on indefinitely. Conversely, how about that men, fraudulently claiming to be a woman ... dating and marrying when in reality they're not a woman at all. Then to deceive people of the opposite gender by pretending to be the same sex ... and deceiving people into trusting you with close access to their lives and details of their gender-based experiences. Deceiving them into potentially unguarded situations where they are in a state of less than dressed or discussing personally sensitive issues; believing they are in a safe space. All the while, the unsuspecting person is being duped, is unaware they are being visually violated and mentally violated, etc. They definitely shouldn't be able to create fraudulent legal documentation about their gender. Its bad enough to create a physical disguise and cheat people or dupe them into believing you're a gender your not. That ought to be illegal too. I get it that some people are dissatisfied with their lives and wish they were someone different. .. but it is wrong to cheat or violate people that way. Bending to people's jealousy and mental fantasy to risk people's lives is flatly wrong.

I did track in HS. I would've been up in arms if my competitors were transgender. Though Chelsie beat Terry in a race, Terry STILL bumped a bio girl to fourth place. They should be boys in the field, and then if they feel like dressing and "acting" like a girl, they can do this at the mall, at home, at a concert, at the movies, at the park, at a party, etc. But leave sports the way they should be: bio girls competing ONLY against bio girls.

These female athletes are quite literally fighting for the continuing existence of women’s sports across the board, and not “just” in track. How about the same sex both male or female in their born sex sport, but allowed to take PED’s like the wrestler who is trans in Texas having dominated year after year, match after match, or a male competing with the males, but allowed to do PED’s and everyone else prevented from doing so without legal and criminal consequences it is essentially what is going on for females throughout a number of sports weightlifting, wrestling, track, rugby, you name it. I’d imagine these females on the panel have to feel like they are in the Twilight Zone as well as for us viewing these odd rulings everywhere one looks. I believe on Feb. 26, 2021 both sides testified in Federal Court. The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) for the plaintiff Selina Soule and the ACLU for the State of Connecticut. As you may have heard, the Federal DOJ, had sided with the ADF when the lawsuit was first filed in March 2020, but with the change of Administrations they backed away about 3 days before the hearing. Presently they are not involved but most likely they will join the ACLU, that is what President Biden who controls the agency wants to do, within a few months. The Court probably won't make a ruling for a few months but either way it will probably end up at the Supreme Court.

I don't know if she is speaking alone, but in the group part, where all 5 women are present, Laura Ingram and the three students, Ms. Holcomb is the one on the extreme left, the three HS girls are to her right.
