My favourite lakeland fell of all. The panoramic views from High Stile's summit are among the finest in the Lake District in my book. Another very special walk and video my friend. 👌👣⛰🌿😊

Great video Andrew, High Stile north east ridge is one of my favourite routes, done it a few times. Good to see the little cairn is still there. I started that a few years ago with just a few small stones to remind me where to turn off, next time I went someone had added to it, glad it's still there 🙂Love the poncho ha, ha!

"The ones that follow the crowd "......what great words & how bloody true eh..?? 🤔terrific route up this & The Rockstar 🐶🐕was getting on up & over the boulders 😊😊 great drone footage again 👍 that attire was great for just throwing over everything & keeping the rain off & who cares if it doesn't win any style awards 😅😅 what a change in the weather! It's gone more like September than July 😏😏great vlog Andy with you of course the legend that is The Rockstar ❤🐶🐕

Thanks David aye the weather really has gone down the nick...but good news is coming in the form of a 40°c heat wave...later in July ☀️🥴😓 Billy is a super star on rock but he'll only ever go the way he chooses so I just let him get on with it he's very intelligent and if he doesn't like something I can see it in his eyes I'd never take him out of his comfort zone on purpose wouldn't be fair to do that...its Billy's way or no way. Thanks for watching buddy as always very much appreciated Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐

Brilliant vlog, loved it👍 You may remember we met you Tracy and the Rockstar back in March at the foot of Eel Crag. Me Dave and our 2 collies, training for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge. Anyways, we completed it in the time and have raised over £5000 for Cancer Research UK to date . Thank you for your support 👍👍 Keep the videos coming and maybe see you out on't fells again! 👍

Great video with great music Andy! Fantastic route, but I'm not sure about the scramble. 😲😲 Buttermere looks stunning. I have lived here for 13 years, but haven't been there yet. I know it sounds crazy. 😆

It's beautiful Skyline above Buttermere Andria the Scramble isn't so bad more rocky and rough than exposed...lol i was in my 30s when I climbed my first Mountain so a bit of a late start...thanks for watching very much appreciated ATVB Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐

Hi Andy. Ive been looking forward to seeing this route and it didnt disappoint! I was surprised to see it was even on the OS map but looked like it could be tricky with the overgrown heather etc. The finish look like a steep scramble but those views are amazing! Cheers once again another beltin video 🙂

Thanks Tony it's a great route not much of a path after the col with the three paths...take the middle one up the Ridge and you'll not go wrong... no big danger just blocks of rock to scramble and a few la'al hands on stuff...its a lovely Ridge. Thanks as always Tony Lad very much appreciated Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐

Hey Andy, another cracker mate. Always love Buttermere and the surrounding fells. Again, another new route from you that you are showing us, not seen it before so thanks for sharing. Looked a steep one up but wow the views are worth it. The Rockstar certainly earned his name climbing up there, superdog haha. Love the poncho, hey if it keeps you dry that is all that counts, at least you kept the views despite the weather. Great film Andy, thanks and take care

A mixed bag of weather Andy, but aren't they the best days? Used to go up into Burtness Comb to climb on Grey Crag...we were doing Bill Peascod routes at the time! He was a West Cumbrian Lad as well. A nice reminder of happy days. Enjoyed the video, great drone footage thanks for sharing. ATB Marra cheers Alistair 👍

Hi Andy, Think I mentioned in a previous comment that I’d spent a week based at the Gatesgarth Bothy doing a survival course, so that carpark brings back memories. Sadly, so does the plaque about the 2 guys from the Cockermouth Mountain Rescue that died in a rockfall during a practice. Fantastic views from the top, is Billy really that good a picking the best path? Looks like he gets it right most of the time. Completely agree about ponchos, brilliant in warmer weather think I’ve got about eight of them from lightweight to British army issue. That scree looked fun to walk down. Cheers Graham

Lol aye strange how a dog seems to always know where its going even in the dark. I love the Poncho great for getting on fast and keeping the kit dry...I'm gonna do some research and find something more heavy duty the light ones are perfect but no good in a gale of wind. Thanks for watching Graham and the great comments very much appreciated. ATVB Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐
