Loved your video Angel, what a great effort, I would love it if you made a video on what gear you used for your run.

Great story, and congratulations on a great race. Very inspiring! Have even similar thoughts and consider what was your lifetime milage before you started on ultra distances? I hope you have many more adventures! Henrik (Denmark)

Thank you Henrik! I'm an amateur runner and my first run in my life was in 2012. I suffered a lot of injuries and long periods with lack of motivation in the first couple of years. It was in the last 2-3 years when I started being more serious and decided to listen to my body and not to follow a training plan. I now run on average of 60-70km weeks with occasional peaks at 90km with rest periods afterwards. 95% in the low aerobic zone. It should be fun after all so I listen to many audiobooks and podcasts while I run. If you have started considering something like that then sooner or later you will do it :) In my experience if you are able to run very slow or do fast packing for 3-5 hours, without being destroyed afterwords, you have enough mental and physical capacity for events like this. Good luck! /Angel

Great video! How did you get on with your 20 litre fastpack for this race? Should I buy a 20 litre or the 30 litre? Thank you!

Hi, thanks! It depends on wether you have to carry the sleeping bag on not. When I took part in this race BTU were transporting the sleeping bags between the camps. In such case no problem with 20 liter. Otherwise might be a bit difficult to fit everything in.
