Thomas Moore England are better than Scotland,its not always been the case though.Our time will come again,the lack of money is bringing more players through here younger.Once our clubs get there youth systems right,could do well to copy small teams like Hamilton and Falkirk.Who have all done well selling on there own players.Looks like Hearts have a good system to and Dundee United
