As a musician myself...this band is very good especially as a three piece...no song sounds the same but all are great...what this dude does with his vocals...change in timing...lyrics are solid...above average guitar player skill wise but plays with his gut which is more critical than being technically sound...if this was the 90s these guys would be household names...maybe sacralidge but in my opinion they are the best 3 piece rock band ever or any band ...yep I said it...you guys set the bar to another level for aspiring musicians...do what you do🤘(and stop with rush plz....they didn't write great songs and that matters)

I’ve had Highly Suspect on my playlist for maybe about 5 years or so. My Name is Human was maybe the first song I heard. And then Little One and Lydia. I love the sound of bands like Tool, Perfect Circle, Deftones, Chevelle, etc…and those songs kinda fit into the genre. But when I downloaded the full album Gang Lion, wow…not only were the lyrics amazing and speaking to what we deal with politically these days…but the undertones of blues just gave me chills! And now this acoustic version…wow!!! What I wouldn’t give to find Johnny on a stage of a small blues bar down south for me to just pass a night at a table listening to this incredible talent! The blues vibes totally get me. Oh, Johnny…you are one talented guy! Thank you for sharing it with us and thank you for dealing with the crap you’ve had to endure in the industry to make your music a reality. Let me know if you’re ever playing in a blues bar.
