TYSM. I loved it. I'm a 67 year old gramma working out in my own pool in beautiful Florissant Mo. Some moves were challenging mostly because I was just getting the move when it changed. I'm sure next time I will do better. Thanks Mark! You rock!

Amazing! Best water workout I've come across on KZbin!! I do many of these exercises in my classes, but I love how you've put these all together for interval training. It gives me great ideas as I want to start a "Dad Bod" class - This would appeal to the guys (in addition with wall push ups). I will be referring to your video in the coming weeks & am grateful for all the inspiration.

Excellent Class Mark, thank you so much for this amazing free class. I have been teaching Aquatic Arthritic Class for over 3 years. To add a bit more motivation to my class I use 70, 80, 90 music, then coordinate it with the moves. I use moderate to fast pace in order to give the members an option of their personal timing. With your moves and my timing we rock the workout, and everyone has a great time while getting a fantastic workout in all levels, and having fun.

It really depends on whether you feel discomfort when doing so. Keep in mind, when you are exercising in chest dept water, you are only bearing 25-30% of your body weight, and so the water is the best place for you to exercise more vigorously. Consider wearing water shoes to lessen impact even more.
