Thank you. This is my favourite format, definitely. I love weights, I love cardio in between to get my heart rate pumped up and I love the 3 circuits that repeat twice each. That way I am always better prepared for the second round, as I know what awaits me and I modify my weights ... up or down. Loved it really, so much. Thanks Heather once again.

I am 75 year old (male) and need a shoulder replacement, so I cannot do pushups, inchworms, overhead lifts, etc. I have followed along as best I can watching you on TV and trying to think of something to do while you do wonderful shoulder work. Spent a week and a half without working out and after doing this workout I was like how did I survive without the burn from your workouts!
