man, I wish I could share my criminal law class' final exam question because it is just as ridiculous. Basically, Dwight (yes from the office) goes on a crime spree causing harm and even murdering his coworkers (I think Michael was one of them) Edit: also for the question, I was thinking you could use necessity as a defense for stealing the car, but then I realized this is a tort and I don't know shit about torts
