My friend @MizzYenz (she has a youtube channel) she actually has one of these bento boxes and she actually brings a thermos with the soup inside and pours it in the bowl when lunch rolls around the corner. A great alternative if your mom doesnt approve of instant food

My all time favorite side dish for bento is the yellow pickled radish and burdock root simmered in sweet soy sauce! I had it in a bento when I was in Japan and it will always be my all time favorite.

I love Bento boxes. The best thing is because you're using a limited space it means you have to think more about what to put in and stops you from overeating. Great for dieters. My love is for rice but not just plain old boiled rice since watching your chanel I've tried so many seasonings and sprinkles on rice it's made a staple food much more interesting to eat.

I usually stir fry some maitake mushrooms with butter and garlic, then add some soy sauce and black pepper. Then I eat it with rice or onigiri (with sesame seeds on). Very tasty and easy to make! I also love tamagoyaki in my bento.

Hi! I want that bento so bad! I'm half Chinese and half Japanese, but I was adopted by Caucasian parents when I was 7. I like this cute bunny onigiri bento box, I once had! It had onigiri, three to be precise, and they formed a bunny's head and long ears. There was side dishes, like mackerel and some vegies. Lastly it had some fried meat with onions, miso soup, and an omelet! It was super tasty, kawaii, and made with lots of love!
