Had a 30 pound hay bale fall 20 ft onto my head. I do see a nucca dr but it doesn't seem to last long before symptoms come back. Can only eat about half a sandwich then I start coughing, gagging ,dry heaving, extreme neck pain, constant headaches, vertigo. I've lost about 30 lbs cause of the not eating. Can you fix these issues ? And will it last?

Wow - we are so sorry to hear this. We would love to get you in for an evaluation, at a minimum you'd have a proper diagnosis! Your symptoms can be associated with cervical instability which could have been caused by the head injury. I fell down on my middle finger I mean i fell and the most pressure of my weight was on that finger now i can't bend that finger or move it back ? Can you give me tips on what exercise should I perform to bring it back to normal?

It sounds like you should get it checked out, exercising could cause it to worsen
