In the 4 months of doing at least 3 of your spin classes per week, that was the best and most challenging workout I have done of yours Kaleigh! That was a gnarly finish... definitely some funny faces in the last 2 songs! AWESOME!!!

Been spinning with you since August 2020 when I got my first bike and have been nowhere else. Been a roller coaster dye to old injuries, catch8ng covid, and strains from street running. Omg this is was brutal for a Monday cycling workout. I most say I did most of the climbing but couldnt keep up so this for me is a challenge one that most come back to. Thanks Kaleigh for the virtual pushed and cheering us all!

Thank you so much again! I did your spin workouts in my garage for my cardio days in between strength training exercises. Such a tough one, but when I am done I feel so much better!!! I burnt almost 300 calories in 30 minutes!! So again thank you so much for sharing your workout b/c it’s perfect for the days I don’t feel like setting up all of gym equipment and when I have only 30 min somedays just to squeeze it in etc! I just prop my phone on my spin bike and Bluetooth the music and ride 🚲
