Hi! I have had FAI my whole life with it only being formally diagnosed with MRI 2 months ago. Since then I have been trying everything to fix it without surgery. After using the hamstring and glute band assisted stretches I can feel my hip in a better place, my pain is essentially gone, and my mobility improved greatly. Almost feel like I have completely knew hips after 15 minutes. I can’t thank you enough. These are my new daily exercises.

Hi Shane, I just wanted to express my gratitude for all your help! Thanks to the tissue work using a bar and incorporating the bands into my routine, my hips have never felt better. It's like a whole new world-I'm finally free from FAI! I plan to keep these stretches as part of my regular ritual. Honestly, it's been a game changer; my flexibility has improved significantly. How long do you recommend people hold these stretches? I did the standing quad stretch with a band just now and when I let the foot on the side of my impinged hip back down again, it cracked so loudly & felt amazing. Thanks :)

Hey Shane, I am 15 and I play baseball, about 8 months ago I got patellar tendinopathy which is basically knee pain, and now about three months ago I started getting hip pain really bad during walking. I was able to fix most of that pain using tissue massage and stretching/strengthening and able to play baseball again currently, but I still get the pain and wanted to maybe get the fai fix, I am kind of broke because of all the money I have spent on the program I used for my knees but I think this could really help.
