@@GotROM I have never been formally diagnosed with FAI (or any other hip issue), but I have pain in both hips and the right side of my lower back that comes and goes. My mobility is good in both hips, but I do have more tightness and discomfort on the right side. I have previously injured my right hamstring and my lower back. I'm beginning to suspect my hip pain may be referred pain from my back. At what point do you recommend getting imaging done, if at all?

Hey Shane. Thanks for your videos & inspiration. I have a question about the FAI fix program and/or your personal consultation. I’ve been diagnosed with cam type FAI in both hips, but my primary symptom is not the deep squat groin pain (I don’t have that and can squat without pinching or pain) but rather a pain near the greater trochanter/side of my hip during certain movements, like swinging my leg over a bike when getting on. However I don’t get pain in that area when applying pressure to it with my hands or sleeping on my side, only thru certain movements. My hips also pop occasionally. Curious if the FAI fix program weighs in on this type of pain or if I’d need a personal consultation. Thank you!
