Hip mobility and hip flexor strength are essential for safely getting in and out of the bathtub. Good hip mobility allows for smooth and controlled movements, reducing the risk of slips or falls. Strong hip flexors support these actions by providing the necessary power and stability. Regular movement and exercise enhance overall quality of life, promoting cardiovascular health, strength, and mental well-being. Conversely, a sedentary lifestyle can lead to poor quality of life by increasing the risk of chronic conditions , muscle weakness, joint stiffness, and reduced flexibility, making everyday activities like bathing more difficult and hazardous.

Thank you. Can you post something that might help someone who has surgery on the gluteus medius tendon? My leg feels like it’s screwed on too tightly and it’s driving me crazy. I like the way you format and edit or videos.
