Exactly my thoughts! I love the explanations. Imo understanding what we are doing is so important to have a good and valuable practice.

Amazing flow! The creative movements that I normally don't do really challenged me to connect to my body in a new way and helped me loosen up my tight hips a little. I had to modify a lot but I'll keep working and coming back to see how I've improved!

Beautiful flow, I really enjoyed it! You said the knee would be fine if your food landed on it - I believe that too, but I´m sure you have the science to back it up. Could you share what you know?

adk_lieren if your glutes are doing their job to stabilise the hip and the knee then some pressure from the foot isn’t going to bring it out of healthy alignment. If however your hips are sinking because of lack of activation then your knees are at risk even without that foot there. Google “trendelenburg syndrome” ❤️

Great hip flow Adell. Good internal and external hip rotation control is so important! Very creative. What lavalierr mic is are you using? I don’t see any wire or transmitter on you. I would love to find a good mic without a bulky transmitter if that is possible.

Has anyone done this flow consistently and seen increased hip flexibility or other results?
