Thank you so much, Doctor Jo! This helped relieve my hip pain literally the first time I did it. I've made it my goal to do these everyday and pair them with some hip strengthening exercises. That IT band stretch was revolutionary - I didn't even know you could stretch that area and yet it feels so good. Keep up the good work and thanks so much once again! :)

5 min on my floor with a pillow and a belt just drastically turned my night around-- I have had hip pains/aches for years now and I am tired of having to carry pain reliever around and I also generally dont want to have to rely on them for the rest of my life. I am going to start doing this every night and morning and see if my pain subdues. Thanks for the content.

I was in so much pain on my left hip, I was in tears that’s how bad it was. I took Tylenol and Motrin noting helped. I did this video and I had instant relief I felt almost high lol. I hadn’t slept for days and this has provided me exactly what I needed thank you very much!!! ❤️ I am a dental assistant and the repetitive motions we do can cause pain but they are no match for these stretches.

The pain would come and go, then come more often. Then yesterday, I could barely walk more than 10 or 12 feet. I knew the problem was muscular, but I couldn't figure out how to stretch or even identify the muscles causing the pain. Got it now, and I'll get it loosened up. Thanks Doc!

I did the stretches and they gave me relief. I went to basic training and my hip got messed up and it got worst in AIT. And these stretches made me breathe relief for real. Been in pain daily. I take 650 mg of Tylenol daily. It’s probably a hip fracture or a strain
