It looks like I have the hip ligament pain I'm going thru. I'm already using a walker. Osteoporosis/osteoarthritis. 2 back fusions 15 years ago from a car that hit my back. An infection during the 1st operation created 4 discs being removed. I've been sitting too much...less strength at my 75 years. I always had strong legs but now I'm not seeing that. The pain when moving my left leg is horrific. It feels out of the socket. Ugh

My gosh, I knew it. I definitely sprained my hip dancing all night at a festival 🤦🏾♀️ At first I thought I should reduce aggravation and it actually got better for a day or two, but then I had the smart idea to try to stretch it out and it got worse 😢. Back to plan A.

I was just told I have a hip sprain by my chiro. He did the first adjustment, but I'd had pain for 7 months before I went in. The reason I waited so long was because I was trying to fix it with stretches but it didn't work. Now that the initial adjustment is done I'll try and look for your stretches for hip sprains video. Thank you. I thought I would comment because when I searched hip sprain nothing came up for chiropractor as a treatment. The guy I go to my family and I have been going to for decades, so I know he would fix it, but like I said I didn't know it was as severe of a hip sprain as it was. I just want people to know it's worth it to try to find a good chiropractor. He's also helped me a lot with my disc herniation in my lower back that I've been struggling with for a while.

Hi Renee, We're sorry to hear about the intense pain you're experiencing after walking for two and a half hours! It's essential not to push through any pain, and allowing your hip to rest is crucial. A bone spur could indeed contribute to hip impingement. We recommend checking out our hip arthritis help playlist, which may offer some relief and guidance. Take care! “Hip Arthritis Help” kzbin.info/aero/PLJVIPiFvv1mbICbP6qlXUZwMyAJlKD1dt We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌
