I’m so glad your video appeared in my feed. I’m 53 and had a full hip replacement in May, and then pulled my piriformis muscle in August, so have been searching for some low impact, chair exercises and yoga I can do to keep both of my hips moving and getting stronger. This is perfect. Thank you.
